Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Feathers Boutique, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items.
Returns
- Items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Sale items, accessories, gift cards, and seasonal items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items if the requested size or style is in stock.
- Exchanges must be initiated within the same 14-day window and meet return condition requirements.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our end.

In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store may be returned to the boutique during business hours within the same 14-day window.
